I design processes, build products, and figure out how operations should work across manufacturing, technology, and early-stage companies. I started as a mechanical engineer, got pulled into startups, and ended up doing everything from product design to acting CEO. Now I run my own company and consult for private equity-backed clients on making their workflows actually make sense.

Served as Acting CEO of a Y Combinator (W17) company, overseeing all operations across Pakistan — including Operations, Talent, and Finance — for a team exceeding 100 people.
Restaurant OS — Product Manager & Lead Designer Product
Ran full SDLC for a restaurant digitization platform (QR ordering, kitchen apps, admin portal). Analyzed 100+ competitors, designed 3 mobile apps and 2 web portals in Figma, generated 1,900+ leads in Pakistan, and built the go-to-market strategy.
Revenue Operations Build-Out — Cowlar RevOps
Helped hire Cowlar's first Chief Revenue Officer and operationalized the function from scratch. Built sales funnels in HubSpot, established a Sales Partner program enabling commercial activity in the US, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, and developed all marketing collateral across product verticals.
Al Meera Gift Card System — 60+ Stores, 30M+ QAR Product Design
Designed the full administration portal for a gift card processing system deployed across 60+ stores of Qatar's largest grocery retailer, managing over 30 million QAR in transactions.
Scania / Volkswagen Group — Manufacturing Intelligence IoT · Manufacturing
Led user discovery with Quality Management and assembly managers at Scania. Proposed and won a contract deploying IoT shot-count sensors on injection mold tooling to track tool health. Projected to save over $300,000 by preventing defects and assembly line stoppages.
